We need our offices cleaned every night. But, we lease our space after hours for a non profit to meet. Can you clean and sanitize around our schedule?
We are flexible. We could either come late at night or early morning so that the office is clean for your arrival. We recommend early morning so that the nonprofit feels free to work as late as they’d like.
In addition to cleaning, could you provide sanitation bottles and masks at the front desk for everyone to use?
We could certainly provide these items for your front desk. Our service includes cleaning supplies and equipment but we could order these items and add it to your monthly invoice. For transparency, we include the receipt.
Some of our staff have significant allergies. Could you comment on the products you use and are they safe for our staff?
We keep it simple. We have always used environmentally-friendly products and COVID has not changed that. For example, we sanitize with 70% isopropyl alcohol on hard high-touch surfaces throughout the office. Alcohol can be used on most surfaces – including humans. How do you sanitize? What type of equipment do you use?
Along with electric mist sprayers we also wipe down surfaces with 70% isopropyl alcohol on dampened white paper cloths which kills bacteria and viruses in 30 seconds of contact time and, unlike bleach products which take 2-5 minutes, is safe to use on most surfaces – including humans.
How often do your workers sanitize an office?
We sanitize on every visit using electrostatic handheld devices. We do a separate walkthrough after the general office cleaning to sanitize high-touch hard surfaces with EPA registered and approved agents to fight bacteria and human coronavirus.
What service do you provide for an office that’s been closed for a year due to NYC lockdown?
We have become expert at reopening cleaning. We provide services that include detail cleaning top to bottom and sanitizing throughout the office. We recommend additional services such as carpet cleaning and even extermination services.
How long have you been in business?
NYC’s Best Commercial Cleaning Service, Inc. has been in business since 2014. Prior to that, our CEO, Claudette Robb Ross was Founder and CEO of Four Star General Cleaning Corp. founded in 1986 and sold it in 1996. Our management team has over 25 years of experience in the janitorial, hospitality, and customer-service industry.
Are you insured?
We have full Contractor’s Liability Insurance ($2M) and Workers’ Compensation & Disability to protect your office and staff. We can provide all COI’s upon request.
What’s included in your price?
Our price includes all labor, cleaning supplies and equipment. Paper and plastic goods (toilet paper, trash bags, etc.) are at an additional cost and can be ordered by NYCBCC plus 15% Administrative Fee. Original invoices are included for transparency.
